I must say that this is the most laggy online streaming app i have ever used. It simply have no comparison with Netflix and Prime Video, they are way way more smoother and fluid in user experience. In past also i gave feedback about the laggy ness of the Zee5 app but i don't know whether your team work on to improve it or not. Downloading never start working on single click, i had to try multiple times and even sometimes i had to close and restart the app to start the download.
This is something which is really not acceptable from an User perspective. Overall you guys really need to work on making your app most user friendly. You can see the rating of your app in the AppStore which is merely 3 star only!! Common team Zee5, please work on to make your app lag free and user friendly. I purchased annual subscription for Rs using my email and phone number. Somehow my account got updated with different phone number and my subscription was seen on that number.
I could use it as long as i do not sign out. But once during upgrade my apps got signed out snd there is no way for me to login to my account using my credentials. Or they will ask for details around transaction for subscription purchase. I had provided them so many times however no one helped on this yet.
My annual subscription which I purchased is being used by someone else and its been more than 6 months there is jo resolution for my problem. Also there is no contact number for support where I can speak to someone. Also if I try to repurchase subscription again, app does not show me option to buy the same.
